 WorkshopChannel and Alliance Management Process (CHAMP) consists of a two-day workshop
 that helps cross-functional teams build clear plans to drive incremental revenue 
  and strengthen partner relationships.
 The program accommodates a maximum of six partner account teams or twenty-four 
  participants.
 Sales ToolsThe Channel and Alliance Management Process (CHAMP) program provides the methods and tools for building and implementing a Partner Plan that can be used to effectively go-to-market with and through partners.
 ReinforcementsThe CHAMP approach includes a follow-on workshop, CHAMP Joint Planning, which 
  brings organizations and their partners together to design and implement unified 
  strategies. The CHAMP Joint Planning program provides a practical way to jointly 
  identify high-impact initiatives, develop specific strategies and tactics, commit 
  resources, and accelerate revenue and relationship goals.
 The organization and its partner work to create a Joint Plan that describes 
  how to effectively go-to-market together.
